REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At CLEANNCITE, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please read the guidelines below carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Items marked as final sale or personalized/customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email info@cleanncite.com or call (301) 270-8997 with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item and return it using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you need a different size, color, or style, we will process an exchange at no additional cost (subject to availability).
  • If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund.
  • Exchanges are shipped out within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement immediately.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized/customized items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
