6. Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

- All CLEANNCITE jackets come with a 6-month quality guarantee covering manufacturing defects.
- This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, or accidental damage.
