2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): Delivery within 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): Delivery within 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping (U.S.): Delivery within 1 business day
- International Shipping: Delivery within 7-14 business days (subject to customs processing)
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on weather conditions, customs delays, or other unforeseen events.
3. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak periods, such as holidays or sales events, order processing may take additional 1-2 days.
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number that you can use to monitor your package.
- If the tracking number is not updated within 48 hours, please contact our customer support team.
5. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight of the items, and the selected shipping method.
- For customers in the United States, standard shipping is free on orders over $100.
- For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address.
6. International Shipping & Customs Fees
- International customers may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes based on local regulations.
- These charges are not included in our product prices, and the customer is responsible for paying them upon delivery.
- CLEANNCITE is not responsible for customs delays or issues arising from the import process.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
- If your order is lost or stolen, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
- CLEANNCITE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
- For delayed shipments, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
8. Address Changes & Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
- If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. CLEANNCITE is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
9. Shipping During Holidays & Peak Seasons
- During holidays or peak sales periods, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and New Year, shipping times may be delayed due to high order volumes.
- We recommend placing holiday orders at least two weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery.
